To maintain the integrity of our platform, please note that our advertising services do not include book reviews or any form of reading propaganda. We also refrain from posting or sharing on mainstream social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Thread, and any that are not mentioned here). Only Tumblr, Pinterest , LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Sponsored Content Designated social media accounts on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram are included).

Restrictions

Our screening process primary focus is to ensure a high-quality and enjoyable browsing experience for our visitors. For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse advertisements for any reason and may request a different image if the one provided doesn’t meet our suitability standards (must be viewable without any age restrictions needing to be listed on the site. Anything too provocative will not be used). Additionally, all blurbs should be clean and free of offensive language. This site is open to the general public. While we do not in any way cater to readers under the age of 18, our site is open for anyone to visit and does not require age verification to browse content.

Please be advised that certain subject matter will automatically be declined: Subject matter that is considered to be illegal (animal/human romance, underage/adult, violent/non-consent – for the sake of filters, the technical terms are not being used BUT you know the words that replace these descriptions).

We do not discriminate again literature on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, sexual preference, ethnicity, region, or religion – meaning any type of romantic comedies may be suggested (including and not limited to LGBTQ+). We do exclude on any literature that shows hate or discrimination towards these groups. Any literature that demonstrates hate, discrimination, and propaganda will be declined (or if discovered later, removed without a refund being issued).

1. Can I purchase months of advertising at once?

At this time, no. We only allow the purchase of one month at a time to gauge the responsive of our audience and the performance of the literature on our site. If we do not have others waiting and have not received any negative feedback in response to your book, you are welcome to sign up for another month of service.

2. What are your website stats?

As romcombc.com is fairly new (went live late October 2022), our stats are not as high as some of the more seasoned websites (hence why our advertising prices are so much lower). This is one of the reasons why we offer the free bonus add-on for those who purchase one of our three advertising packages (Home Page, Sponsor Book Post, or Sidebar Spot).

3. How will I see my ad performance stats?

We do not provide any type of real time monitoring for ad performance. For sidebar posts only, while we are still fairly small, we will send this information to you every two weeks (so quick stat emails of views and clicks). The second report (the one sent at 4 weeks) will have the total amount of views (again sidebar post only) and clicks with the option to renew for another month, if space is available and a waitlist is not in effect.

4. Can I use my own link or affiliate link with my posting?

No. When linking to any individual product page or search page on amazon.com, we add our own affiliate tag to your link, and other affiliate tags are not supported. We do not advertise outside of Amazon at this time.

5. Can I buy advertisement for more or less than a month?

At this time we are only offering the flat rate fee for one month of service. We have a variety of options available to assist with any budgetary issues but durations are set to one month min/max.

6. Do you guarantee ad performance?

No. Under no circumstances do we promise, guarantee, or imply any type of ad exposure, ad performance, search engine visibility, number of views, number of clicks, or anything that would transfer to ROI.

7. Where will my ad go and how will it be viewed and how often?

Home Page ads can be placed in one of the three positions on the home page and will be viewable any time someone lands on our home page (https://romcombc.com).

Sidebar Ads are viewable anytime someone visits our Blog Page or posts within the blog page (https://romcombc.com/blog)

Sponsor Book Post are viewable anytime someone visits our Book Category labeled Sponsor Book Posts (url will vary).

Bonus add on is viewable anytime someone visits our Tumblr, Pinterest, LinkedIn (Company Page), TikTok, Youtube, the Shopper.com page (https://theromcombookclub.com/), or any Sponsored Content identified social media pages on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Durations of view-ability is dependent on package purchased but will normally be one month from time of purchase to ad expiration.

8. Do you only advertise romance books?

Yes. While the romance sub-genre is quite large (fantasy, suspense, comedy, drama, etc), we do only stick with books that would live in the romance universe. While I am sure your nonfiction, non-romance sci-fi, biography, or self-help book is brilliant, that is not our target audience and would not be the best fit for our website.
