Fake Dating Her Best Friend’s Brother

Book #1 in a 3 Book Series

Book Summary:

Fake dating has one rule: Don’t let feelings get involved.

Callie Cartwright is about to lose her job. Either she cleans up her mounting debt, or her career in finance is over.

NBA point guard Dean Kimball should be having the time of his life. But even his flourishing basketball career isn’t enough to help him forget his feelings for his little sister’s best friend.

So when Callie decides to enter the date-for-hire world to relieve her increasing debt, Dean suggests an alternative option. Date him for money to help his image.

Too bad the one rule they set for themselves is the one rule they can’t follow.

Mini Review:

A very sweet, non-spice, intimate moments fake relationship romantic comedy between two people who have known each other forever! Dean has a lifetime pass to the friend zone, especially since he has known Callie since they were kids. She doesn’t see him as anything other than her best friend’s brother. Trouble is, he wants more (so much more) but doesn’t know how until a joking suggestion becomes the best solution he has ever heard! Through antics, one-uppings, and playground rules – Callie finds herself seeing Dean as possibly more but struggles with everything she may lose if she is willing to take the chance. Overall the book was a slow burn romance but kept your attention with the banter. While I won’t be reading the rest of the series, this is the perfect book for someone who is looking for something clean and wholesome to read.
