Mini Review:
What a way to end a series! There was so much history between Jet and Soren. We met Jet in Trick Play, so we had the pleasure of watching him grow and pivot – from Matt’s recently disowned little brother to a rock star. We were also familiar with Soren, since we witnessed Ollie Strömberg come out publicly with him in Deke. If you read Fake Boyfriend: Breakaway, you were already caught up on Jet’s transition to Jay. By this point, we were as much a part of the “gay brigade” as the characters themselves, so getting to watch Soren and Jet’s story unfold – while also seeing snippets from the other couples we had grown to know and love – ugh, it was a lot of feels! The best part was that Finley set things up to continue into the Famous series, starting with Jet’s ex, Harley.
