I Wanna Text You Up

Book #2 of a 4 Part Series

Book Summary:

When I put up a ROOMMATE WANTED poster, he was the last person on earth I thought would respond.

He was also the last person on earth I’d agree to let live with me…on purpose.

But, here we are–roommates. I’m certain we can coexist without it being awkward, and I’m determined to make it work. There will be no sexual tension building with each accidental touch, no flutters when he wears that stupid backward baseball cap, and definitely no flirting when we text back and forth.

Caleb Mills can’t be the guy for me. He’s my best friend’s ex-boyfriend.

And that would be wrong…right?

Mini Review:

I absolutely LOVE this series! There is just something about texting banter that makes all the difference. I would recommend reading “Let’s Get Textual” first as it does introduce all of the characters and provides insight on what happened to Delia that brought Zoe and Caleb closer together.

This story picks up where Let’s Get Textual leaves off. Delia is moving in with Zach and Zoe is NOT handling it well. With the help of Delia, she decides to search for a roommate by posting flyers on campus. After a few questionable replies, she corresponds with a potential housemate that is funny, charming, and gets her humor. Being clear on the move-in rules, she offers to meet-up only to discover that her email pal is none other than Caleb, Delia’s ex-boyfriend. Problem, Zoe hasn’t been able to get Caleb out of her mind but girl code means he is off limits! Going with her gut, she turns down the opportunity but the hint of desperation from the world’s nicest guy makes her change her mind. How is she going to survive under one roof with the only man that has ever made her feel like the impossible is possible?

This book is SO sweet, funny, and a must read. Zoe is no-nonsense and shoots from the hip so there isn’t the standard drawn out break-up, miscommunication, will they/won’t they shenanigans. Teagan keeps it fairly light (Caleb’s story is a little heartbreaking) and extremely entertaining.
