    Mini Review:

    The prequel to Totally Folked, this super short snack is a perfect read to decide whether or not you want to jump into the series. As the goal is to be a prequel, you don’t get too much background on Raquel or Jackson – just their introduction, one heck of a first date, the evening at home, and Raquel’s departure. Knowing Raquel’s rule about only hooking up with the same person once, the story leaves you wondering what will happen with Jackson. New to Penny Reid, I can’t say the story grabbed me enough to want to dive into the first book but I wouldn’t shy away from reading it, if given the opportunity.
