Mini Review:

In true original contemporary romance fashion, this clean and wholesome story centers around Mariah who is just trying to move on with her life and a jaded ex-husband who is determined to destroy everything she has worked hard for. A slow burn, protector type feel – the story keeps you engaged and I will admit, I was surprised by the twist. Mariah and John’s chemistry and banter kept you in stitches. I absolutely adored her intern and some of the characters that came through her office. A fun quick read if you need a break from the current day romantic comedies and a great find for women who need to be reminded that age is nothing but a number.
