Book #3 of a 4 Book Series
Book Summary:
Two Roommates. One Camera. A whole lot of action.
I get crushes the way some people get seasonal allergies.
And sharing a house with four hot roommates is like being stuck in permanent spring.
Too bad I keep getting friend-zoned.
But it’s senior year now, and I’m done pining for the impossible.
Time to live it up and go out with a bang.
Or a lot of bangs.
And I’m definitely, definitely not getting attached to anyone.
Especially not my straight, gym-loving, football-player roommate Sam whose impressively large… smile I caught a glimpse of once.
Or several times.
That’s why, when Sam asks me for help with a very special, very NSFW project so he can make a little cash, of course I agree. In the name of friendship.
And if it turns out that Sam’s more than just muscles—that he’s sweet, and smart, and a little bit filthy, and a whole lot less straight than I thought—well, that’s neither here nor there, because this time I’m gonna be smart. This time, I’m friend-zoning myself.
We’ve got a list of deliciously hot scenarios, a camera, and Sam’s huge… smile. What could possibly go wrong?
From the author of Want Me comes the third new adult college romance in the Extracurricular Activities series. Expect low angst, high heat, plenty of laughs, a flustered redhead, a gentle giant of a football player, and enough BDE to power a mid-size city.
Mini Review:
Okay, this one was bizarre. Don’t get me wrong, it was still funny, sweet, hot, and all the things, but the coming together of Jesse and Sam felt a little less natural than Eric and Nate, or Mark and Chet. The accidental walk-in—believable. The childhood rivalry marred with unrequited lust—again, believable. Sam and Jesse—a little out of left field and a lot harder pill to swallow, but it was still entertaining. You couldn’t help but love Sam. You forget his size sometimes because of his sweet demeanor and all-around lovable personality. The moments he is described, you can understand why he feels people see him as just a big, dumb jock, but he is absolutely brilliant, thoughtful, and so kind. When you get to know his personality and what Jesse needs (and remember how Reid treated him), you want nothing more than for him and Sam to figure it out.
Unlike the other two, this one did really leave the realm of reality behind, but it didn’t make it any less enjoyable. This one focused on the humor and absurdity of the situation more than the drama. It presented as a slow burn, masking any feelings as acts for the camera, and there wasn’t a massive fallout and heartbreak, just a two-second misunderstanding that was quickly resolved. I felt like Neve just wanted to give Jesse his moment, as he had been through so much, and this is how she did it. This book was so much fun! I laughed harder through it than I did the other two.
While I understand this is fictional, I do have to point out the sheer lack of security and cameras at this college! Between Nate and Eric in the basement, Mark and Chet at the study table (at least they finished outside the library at the exit door), and Sam and Chet at the study tables (not to mention Sam’s solo performance all over campus!), that library has to be a biohazard at this point!

About the Book Author
Neve Wilder
Neve Wilder reads promiscuously, across multiple genres, but her favorite stories always contain an element of romance. Incidentally, this is also what she likes to write. Slow-burners with delicious tension? Yes. Whiplash-inducing page-turners, also yes. And every flavor in between.
She believes that love conquers all. Except the heat index in July. Nothing can conquer that b@stard.
